|Appeal from:||Northwest Judicial District, Mountrail County, Judge Gary H. Lee, 31-11-C-00028|
|Nature of Action:||Real Property|
Appellant's Statement of the Issues:|
1. The trial court erred in granting summary judgment for the plaintiff.
2. The trial court erred in determining the deeds were not ambiguous.
3. The trial court erred when it did not consider the eight family member deeds as a single transaction and ignored other compelling evidence and granted summary judgment.
4. The trial court erred when it rationalized "Duhig" instead of applying "Gilbertson".
