I. The district court erred when it held that Defendant did not fraudulently obtain the signature of his mother, the decedent Junietta W. Swenson, on a quit claim deed conveying real property to Defendant, and that the decedent was legally competent to sign the deed.
II. The district court erred when it held Plaintiff was not entitled to reimbursement of rent proceeds and grain checks from Defendant, where Defendant's lease of farm land from the decedent was void under N.D.C.C. 47-16-02 and Defendant nevertheless sublet the land for profit
Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
I. The District Court properly dismissed count one of Appellant's complaint.
II. The District Court properly dismissed count two of Appellant's complaint.
