Vice-Chair Kapsner called the meeting to order pursuant to a request for review that was
filed by the appellant in the disciplinary action taken by Presiding Judge Donovan Foughty, that action being the notice of dismissal of appellant effective June 29, 2007. The Board reviewed the matter and no action was taken.
