Request to Prohibit Public Internet Access to a Defendant's Record in a Criminal Case

These forms may be used by people who have been charged with crimes who wish to have the court prohibit public Internet access to the criminal record of their case. Internet access prohibition is allowed only if the charges against the person are dismissed or if the person is acquitted. Additional requirements set out in North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 41 must also be fulfilled. Please see the rule for more details.
