New district court electronic filing rule takes effect Jan. 15

The North Dakota Supreme Court has enacted N.D.R.Ct. 3.5 on electronic filing in district court. The new rule takes effect Jan. 15, 2013. The rule replaces Administrative Order 16, which formerly governed electronic filing in district court.
