Proposed Administrative Reorganization of the Judicial System
Requests for an extension of time to comment on the Judicial Planning Committee's Planning Recommendations and the Judicial Reorganization Implementation Plan were received by the Court.
ORDERED, any person wishing to comment on the proposed Plan may do so in writing before Thursday, July 10, 2003, but comments are strongly encouraged to be filed by Friday, June 20, 2003, to facilitate discussion at the June 26, 2003, Judicial Conference. Written comments may be e-mailed to Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, at supclerkofcourt@ndcourts.gov, or addressed to 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Dept. 180, Bismarck, ND 58505-0530.
The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened June 4, 2003, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable William A. Neumann, and the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, and the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
