Proposed Amendments to North Dakota Rules of Professional Conduct 5.5 and 8.5 and Admission to Practice Rule 3 relating to Multijurisdictional Practice
The Joint Committee on Attorney Standards filed proposed amendments to North Dakota Rules of Professional Conduct 5.5 and 8.5, and North Dakota Admission to Practice Rule 3 along with a Report on its work relating to Multijurisdictional Practice. Copies of the Report and Amendments are attached.
ORDERED, that a hearing be held on the proposed amendments, Tuesday, November 9, 2004, at 10:45 a.m., in the Ralph J. Erickstad Courtroom of the Supreme Court, at the State Capitol in Bismarck, North Dakota. Time for personal appearances will be limited. Any person wishing to appear must notify Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, at least three days prior to the scheduled hearing. Any person wishing to comment on the proposed amendments may do so in writing prior to the hearing.
