By letter dated November 26, 2004, the Judiciary Standards Committee forwarded proposed amendments to Canon 3B (Adjudicative Responsibilities) and 3C (Administrative Responsibilities), North Dakota Code of Judicial Conduct. A copy of the proposed amendments is attached.
