Amendments to Administrative Rule 36 — North Dakota Rules on Continuing Judicial Education
On December 22, 2004, the Supreme Court adopted amendments to N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R. 36, regarding the number of hours of course work and self-study for continuing judicial education, which are effective March 1, 2005, subject to a 30-day comment period. A copy of Administrative Rule 36 is attached.
ORDERED, any person wishing to comment on N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R. 36, as amended, may do so in writing before Friday, January 21, 2005.
