Administrative Rule 52 - Interactive Television
On April 6, 2005, the Supreme Court adopted Administrative Rule 52
Interactive Television
effective May 1, 2005, authorizing the use of interactive television. On April 6, 2005,
Administrative Rule 52 Interactive Television was referred to the Joint Procedure for
review. On
May 11, 2005, the Joint Procedure Committee filed proposed amendments to Administrative
Rule
52 Interactive Television. The Court considered the matter, and
ORDERED, the proposed amendments to Administrative Rule 52 Interactive Television, as further amended by the Court, are ADOPTED effective June 1, 2005, subject to 30-day comment period.
