Administrative Rule 52 - Interactive Television
On March 30, 2004, the State Court Administrator filed a request for the adoption of a
proposed
new administrative rule relating to Interactive Television. If adopted, Administrative Rule 52
Interactive Television would result in the repeal of Administrative Orders 11, 13, and 15, which
authorize the use of interactive television in the South Central, Southeast, and East Central
Judicial
Districts. The Court considered the matter, and
ORDERED, proposed Administrative Rule 52, as amended by the Court, is ADOPTED effective May 1, 2005.
FURTHER ORDERED, Administrative Orders 11, 13, and 15, are REPEALED effective May 1, 2005.
