Proposed Rule 10.2, North Dakota Rules of Court
On January 31, 2006, the Joint Procedure Committee filed proposed Rule 10.2, North
Dakota Rules
of Court, relating to appearances in Small Claims Court. The Committee requests the Court to
consider immediate adoption of N.D.R.Ct. 10.2 as provided under N.D.R.Proc.R. § 6. A
copy
of the proposed rule is attached. The Court considered the matter, and
ORDERED, any person wishing to comment on the proposed rule may do so in writing before Friday, March 3, 2006. Written comments may be e-mailed to Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, at supclerkofcourt@ndcourts.gov, or addressed to 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Dept. 180, Bismarck, ND 58505-0530.
