Amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court
Administrative Rule 14 Judicial Planning Committee

The Court, on its own, considered amendments to N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R. 14, to update the rule and incorporate duties of the Public Trust and Confidence Implementation Committee formerly established under Administrative Order 12. The Court considered the matter, and

ORDERED, the amendments to N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R. 14 are ADOPTED effective May 1, 2006.

FURTHER ORDERED, N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. Order 12 is hereby REPEALED.

The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened April 26, 2006, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, the Honorable Daniel J. Crothers, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
