Amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 7
The Supreme Court considered amendments, sua sponte, to Administrative Rule 7 resulting
from appointments and elections of individuals to various judgeships.
ORDERED,that the amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 7
are ADOPTED effective January 1, 2007.
The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened November 21, 2006, with the
Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable DaleV. Sandstrom, the
Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, the Honorable Daniel J.
Crothers, Justices, directing the Chief Deputy Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
