Proposed Amendments to the North Dakota Admission to Practice Rules
On July 19, 2007, the State Bar Association of North Dakota filed a Petition for Amendment
of Rule 13 and Promulgation of a New Rule 18, North Dakota Admission to Practice Rules, relating to the disclosure of professional liability insurance coverage. A copy is attached. The Court
considered the matter, and
ORDERED, any person wishing to comment on the proposed amendments may do so in
