Amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 35 -- Juvenile Policy Board

The North Dakota Judges’ Association requested amendments to N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R.35, relating to the appointment of members to the Juvenile Policy Board. A copy of the proposed amendments is attached.

ORDERED, that the proposed amendments to N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R. 35 are ADOPTED effective immediately.

The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened August 15, 2007, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, the Honorable Daniel J. Crothers, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
