Proposed Amendments to Rule 3.4, North Dakota Rules of Court and Rule 41, North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rules
On July 14, 2009, the Joint Procedure Committee filed a request for proposed rule amendments to Rule 3.4 of the North Dakota Rules of Court-Privacy Protection for Filings Made with the Court and Rule 41 of the North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rules-Access to Court Records. A copy of the proposed rules (Rule 3.4) and (Rule 41) are attached. The Court considered the matter, and
ORDERED, any person wishing to comment on the proposed amendments may do so in writing before Wednesday, August 5, 2009. Written comments may be e-mailed to Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, at supclerkofcourt@ndcourts.gov, or addressed to 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck, ND 58505-0530.
