Amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court
Administrative Order 17 and the Protocol
Regarding the Family Mediation Pilot Project
Cathy Ferderer, Family Law Mediation Program Administrator, forwarded a Memo dated June 23, 2010 to Chief Justice VandeWalle recommending amendments to N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. Order 17 to expand the Family Mediation Pilot Program to the East Central and Southeast Judicial District. Additional amendments were also suggested by Ferderer. A draft of the amendments to N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. Order 17 and the Protocol were distributed to the Court. The Court considered the matter, and
ORDERED, the proposed amendments to N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. Order 17 and the Family Mediation Pilot Project Protocol, as further amended by the Court, are approved effective September 1, 2010.
The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened June 24, 2010, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, the Honorable Daniel J. Crothers, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
