Proposed Amendments to Rule 7.1 North Dakota Rules of Professional Conduct
The Joint Committee on Attorney Standards (Committee) submitted a recommendation to approve proposed amendments to Rule 7.1 of the North Dakota Rules of Professional Conduct regarding permissible communications about lawyer services, in particular the use of designations in lawyer advertisements. A copy of the Committee's recommendation and the proposed rule amendments are attached.
