The Supreme Court considered amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 7.2 for purposes of reflecting amendments to N.D.C.C. §27-05-02.1 and to reflect the current administrative unit structure. The Court considered the matter, and
ORDERED, that the proposed amendments to N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R. 7.2 are ADOPTED effective October 1, 2010.
The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened September 8, 2010, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, the Honorable Daniel J. Crothers, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
