The Chair called the meeting to order.
Judge Medd/Penny Miller moved/second that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved after changing the footer of the minutes to reflect the correct date. The motion passed.
Project Update - Public access to electronic court records
There was discussion related to the rule that would allow public access to electronic court records and what will need to be included in a contract for persons requesting access.
Kurt will begin work on a model contract for a future meeting date.

Project update - Enhanced Records Management System (ERMS)
Kurt provided an update regarding the status of the ERMS. Vendor presentations by 4 vendors were conducted. The review process is ongoing.

Centralized PC purchasing contract
Kurt explained that the State of ND has entered into a contract for personal computers with Hewlett Packard and to accommodate the contract, all PC purchases will be coordinated through the State Court Administrator's Office.

CTC 9 - Seattle
Kurt mentioned that CTC 9 is scheduled for September in Seattle. Please notify him if you plan to attend so he can coordinate registrations for any discounts that may apply.
