RULE 2.2 [REPEALED]
EXPLANATORY NOTE
Rule 2.2 was repealed, effective March 1, 2009, to eliminate the separate rule for filing by facsimile transmission. Filing by facsimile transmission is a form of electronic filing and is governed by the Supreme Court's rules and orders on the filing of electronic documents.
