RE: Appendix
The appendix contains proposals considered by the Committee at the last meeting which allow the use of a commercial carrier. The Committee approved all of the proposed amendments in the appendix by a two-thirds vote with the exception of Rule 17, N.D.R.Crim.P., which failed. The proposals are included as an appendix, because the Committee wanted the opportunity for further review, if necessary, before the proposals are submitted to the Supreme Court for adoption.
