RE: Order 14, N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R., Electronic Filing Pilot Project
The Committee approved some amendments to Order 14 at the January meeting. After discussing N.D.R.App.P. 26 (Computing and Extending Time) and approving amendments to that rule, Mr. Plambeck recommended that Order 14 be brought back for consideration of additional amendments.
Proposed amendments to Admin. Order 14 are attached. The draft contains the amendments approved by the Committee in January and additional amendments proposed by Mr. Plambeck. The additional amendments are underscored and highlighted in gray. They would make Order 14 consistent with N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R. Order 16 and with N.D.R.App.P. 26 as amended by the Committee.
