RULE 6.8 JUROR QUESTIONS

In a civil case, a juror may submit a written question to the court which the juror would like asked to a witness. Any question from a juror must be submitted to the court anonymously through the bailiff during recess. The court shall give counsel an opportunity to object to any juror question out of the presence of the jury. A witness may not be excused until after the break following the witness's testimony. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for good cause, the court may prohibit or limit the submission of juror questions.
