RE:Rule 32, N.D.R.Crim.P., Explanatory Note
Most of the Explanatory Note to Rule 32, N.D.R.Crim.P., can be deleted. The Explanatory Note contains inaccurate comparisons to Rule 32, Fed.R.Civ.P. The comparisons are inaccurate because the federal rule was amended in 1994, and the subdivisions of the federal rule were rearranged. The Committee chose not to follow the 1994 federal amendment.
