(ii)(C) If the court is of the view that there is information in the presentence report, disclosure of which would be harmful to the defendant or to other persons, the court in lieu of making the report or part thereof available If the court does not provide the defendant with a copy of any portion of the presentence investigation report or addendum, the court shall state orally or in writing a summary of the factual information contained therein to be relied on in determining sentence, and shall give the defendant or the defendant's counsel an opportunity to comment thereon. The statement may be made to the parties in camera.
