SECTION 10. EFFECTIVE TERM OF LOCAL COURT RULE
10.1 Each Other than a Local Court Procedural Rule and or Administrative Rule governing case assignment procedure, each local rule is effective for a period of 5 years unless otherwise ordered by the Presiding Judge. A Local Court Procedural Rule or Administrative Rule governing case assignment procedure is effective until otherwise ordered.
10.2 Upon the expiration of any Local Court Rule, the Rule lapses and is void. The lapse of any Rule does not revive any superseded Rule.
