RE: Rule 603, N.D.R.Ev.
The Explanatory Note to Rule 603, N.D.R.Ev., needs to be amended to delete the reference to Rule 43, N.D.R.Civ.P. The portion of Rule 43 referred to in the Explanatory Note has been repealed and replaced in the new rule on courtroom oaths, Rule 10, N.D.R.Ct.
In addition, the reference to N.D.C.C. § 31-01-22, needs to be deleted as that statute was superseded by Rule 43.
