RE: Rule 37, N.D.R.Crim.P., Appeal as of Right to District Court; How Taken
Attached are proposed amendments to Rule 37. There is no federal equivalent to Rule 37. The Committee already thoroughly revised Rule 37 as part of the appellate rules review. Therefore, the proposed changes to Rule 37 are minimal and are intended to be consistent with the stylistic changes the Committee has been making as part of the criminal rules review.
