Attached are proposed amendments to Rule 55. The amendments are form and style amendments in the spirit of the December 2002 federal criminal rule amendments and are based on the amendments to Fed.R.Crim.P. 55.
The proposal contains an addition to Rule 55 in the last sentence. This addition is based on the federal rule and requires the clerk or magistrate to enter all order and judgments in the record.
