RE: Order 14, N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R., Electronic Filing Pilot Project
The Supreme Court Clerk has requested that Admin. Order 14 be amended to require the numbering of paragraphs in all documents submitted to the Supreme Court in electronic form. The Clerk states that the change is necessary so that there will be standard points of reference in all electronic documents, regardless of format.
Proposed amendments to Admin. Order 14 are attached.
