RE: Rule 10, N.D.R.App.P., The Record on Appeal
During its January meeting, the Committee approved proposed amendments to Rule 10 and these amendments are now pending before the Supreme Court. Colette Bruggman of the Supreme Court's Clerk's Office has suggested that an additional amendment be made to Rule 10 removing references to the now-obsolete 3.5 inch computer diskettes.
Draft amendments to Rule 10 are attached for the Committee's consideration.
