Rule 2.1, N.D.R.App.P., is not patterned after a federal rule, and was recently reviewed by the Committee. The proposed amendments are stylistic. Subdivision (b) is amended to conform with the requirements for a notice of appeal in N.D.R.App.P. 3(c).
