The Committee has a request from Justice Dale Sandstrom to consider an amendment to N.D.R.App.P. 42 regarding the parties' obligation to inform the Supreme Court an issue may have become moot. Included with the materials are minutes of the January and September 1997 minutes regarding N.D.R.App.P. 42(c) and a proposed amendment to N.D.R.App.P. 42.
