RE: Petitions for Amendment of Court Rules
The Committee's petition for adoption of the rules amendments contained in the Annual Rules Package was submitted to the Supreme Court July 1, 2002. The Committee's petition for adoption of the rules amendments contained in the Appellate Rules Package was submitted to the Supreme Court July 31, 2002. The Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing on the rules packages for October 3, 2002.
Staff has a hard copy of the rules packages and petitions available for review. The rules packages and petitions are also online at the North Dakota Supreme Court web site.
