RE: Petition for Amendment of Court Rules
The Committee's petition for adoption of the rules amendments contained in the Annual Rules Package was submitted to the Supreme Court July 1, 2003. The Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing on the rules package for September 29, 2003.
Staff has a hard copy of the rules package and petition available for review. The rules package and petition are also online at the North Dakota Supreme Court web site.
If any Committee members have comments on the rules package they would like to pass on the Court, please submit them to staff.
