RE: Annual Rules Package
The Committee's annual rules package was submitted to the Supreme Court on June 26, 2006. The proposed rule amendments have been posted online at the Supreme Court web site. A synopsis of the proposed rule amendments is attached. Staff can provide a hard copy of the entire package for review if any Committee member wants to see it.
The hearing on the proposed rule amendments has been set for October 25, 2006, at 10:45 a.m. Staff will appear on behalf of the Committee at the hearing. If anyone else wishes to appear at the hearing, they need to notify Supreme Court Clerk Penny Miller by October 20.
