RE: Rule 32, N.D.R.App.P., Form of Briefs, Appendices and Other Papers
Supreme Court Clerk Penny Miller has requested an amendment to Rule 32. She pointed out that when the Appellate Rules were revised, a line regarding color of cover for petitions for rehearing was somehow dropped. She has requested that the line be returned to the rule.
A rule draft containing the proposed amendment is attached. The new language is at lines 11-12.
