The Joint Procedure Committee filed proposed Amendments to the North Dakota Rules of Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Appellate Procedure and Rules of Court on August 13, 1996. The Petition and Synopsis regarding the proposed amendments are attached.
ORDERED, that a hearing be held on the Proposed Amendments, Thursday, October 3, 1996 at 1:30 p.m., in the Courtroom of the Supreme Court, at the State Capitol in Bismarck, North Dakota. Time for personal appearances will be limited. Any person wishing to comment on the proposed amendments may do so in writing prior to the hearing.
