RULE 1.1 SCOPE
Consistent with subject matter jurisdiction, these rules apply to all courts of this state in all civil and criminal cases unless there is a specific rule addressing the matter.

Rule 1.1 was amended, effective January 1, 1995, to clarify that a rule in conflict with Rule 3.2 governs, such as when the conflicting rule provides different time requirements for serving and filing a motion.
