RULE 14. THIRD-PARTY PRACTICE

Rule 14 was amended, effective March 1, 1990.
This rule is similar to Rule 14, FRCivP, except for the deletion in subdivisions (a) and (b) of procedures for admiralty and maritime third-party cases and the insertion of subdivision (c), a provision for service of the third-party summons and complaint. Rule 14 was amended, effective March 1, 1990. The amendments are technical in nature and no substantive change is intended.
