Rule 6.6 6.7 EFFECTIVE
DATE
These rules, as amended, become effective on July 1, 1999 August 1,
2004. Any matter then
pending with respect to which a formal hearing has been commenced shall be concluded under
the
procedure existing prior to the effective date of these rules.
