Notice was provided under Section 7, N.D.R.Proc.R., and a hearing was held on the proposed
amendments on October 25, 2005. At that time, any written comments received were also
submitted
to the Court. The Court considered the matter, and
ORDERED, proposed amendments to N.D.R.Crim.P. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5.1, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12.1, 12.2, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 17.1, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 23.1, 24, 24.1, 25, 26, 26.1, 27, 28, 29, 29.1, 30, 31, 32, 32.1, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 41, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, and Form 9, N.D.R.Ct. 11.2, and N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. Order 16, as further amended, are ADOPTED, effective March 1, 2006.
The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened December 20, 2005, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, the Honorable Daniel J. Crothers, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
