The meeting was convened by the Chair of the Judicial Conference, Hon. John T. Paulson. Role was taken.
Chair Paulson recognized Justice William Neumann for a presentation on Judicial Salaries for the 2005-07 biennium. Justice Neumann reviewed his observations as it related to possible salary increases for the next legislative session. Following discussion, Justice Neumann was directed that the salary administration committee should have latitude in establishing an exact plan for the coming biennium.
