Nomination for Chair-Elect of the Conference. Judge Hagerty nominated Judge Geiger. It was moved by Judge Lee, seconded by Judge Paulson to close the nominations. Judge Geiger was elected Chair-Elect.
Justice Maring passed the gavel to Judge Herman. Judge Herman recognized Justice Maring for her service to the Conference.
Judge Herman inquired if there was a Legislative Committee report. Judge Wefald indicated there was no report.
It was moved and seconded to adjourn Judicial Conference. The motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
