1. Design individualized treatment program which may be tailored to juvenile drug court participants needs, for example:
-Who performs assessment of issues needed to be addressed in
-Who designs juvenile treatment plan?

Issues which need to be addressed if time allows:
Detention (clarification from 11/12/99 meeting)
Length of program
Frequency of juvenile drug court hearings
Staffing required for implementation
Discuss the use of current "tracking procedures for random drug testing an how they will correspond to drug court procedures"
Issues to be considered in light of Drug Court Research and Evaluation Workshop

ie: Reduce recidivism, successful treatment
B. Define outcome goals
ie: Reduce recidivism: re-arrest v. conviction
treatment: reduce use, complete abstinence, time frame
C. What data should be kept?
D. Who will keep data?
E. Who will have access to data? (Confidentiality Issues)
F. Process evaluation - when done? (Ongoing)
