Justice Maring nominated Judge Herauf as chair; Karen Kringlie seconded. Judge Herauf approved as new chair.

Discussion on Proposed Rules of Procedure for Juvenile Cases
A brief discussion as to where these proposed rules go to next: Joint Procedure or Supreme Court. Justice Maring stated she believes the rules have been vetted in this Board. The Board went through the list of rules:

Kim Hegvik moves to send the Proposed Rules to the Supreme Court; Dale Thompson seconded. Motion carried.
A lengthy discussion took place on agencies getting exempt from destruction of records orders.
Louie Hentzen will send a list of proposed dates for future meetings this year to Judge Herauf. Meeting adjourned.
