A person who willfully engages in any combination of three or more sexual acts or sexual contacts with a minor under the age of 15 years during a period of three or more months is guilty of continuous sexual abuse of a child.

The State's burden of proof is satisfied if the evidence shows, beyond a reasonable doubt, the following essential elements of the offense charged:
1) Within a period of three or more months in 19__, in ______________ County, North Dakota, the Defendant, _______________, did willfully engage in any combination of three or more sexual acts or sexual contacts with __________________; and
2) _______________ was less than 15 years old.
You must unanimously agree that any combination of three or more acts or contacts occurred. You do not need to unanimously agree which three acts or contacts occurred.
