A person is guilty of criminal trespass if the person remains on the property of another after being requested to leave the property by an authorized person.

The State's burden of proof is satisfied if the evidence shows, beyond a reasonable doubt, the following essential elements:
1. On or about the ____ day of _______________, 19__, in ______________ County, North Dakota, the Defendant, _______________, was on the property of another.
2. The Defendant willfully remained on the property after being requested to leave by an authorized person.
